Board Appointments Committee 2006-2008 Chair: Allison JacksonThe Board Appointment Committee shall be responsible for increasing the number of women directors on corporate boards by encouraging corporations to nominate women directors and assisting corporations in identifying potential director candidates. By-Laws Committee 2006-2008 Chair: Kirsten Branigan, Esq. The By-Laws Committee shall review annually the EWNJ By-Laws and present all proposed changes to the Central Board. Investment Committee 2006-2008 Chair: Gail BradyThe Chair of the Investment Committee shall be the Treasurer. The Investment Committee shall assist the Treasurer in managing all funds. The Investment Committee is responsible for investing all funds of EWNJ and of the EWNJ Scholarship Trust. Membership Committee 2006-2008 Chair: Sally GlickThe Membership Committee shall develop and implement application procedures. The Membership Committee shall review membership applications and shall select members upon the majority vote of its members, in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article IV. Programs Committee 2006-2008 Chair: Barbara KauffmanThe Programs Committee shall develop and schedule programs for the general membership meetings. Public Relations Committee 2006-2008 Chair: Ruthi Zinn ByrneThe Public Relations Committee shall be responsible for press releases and other public relations. Salute Committee 2006-2008 Chair: Mary HartmanThe Salute Committee shall plan the bi-annual Salute to the Policy Makers Dinner. Scholarship Committee 2008 Chair: Pam FischerThe Scholarship Committee shall develop and implement application procedures, present recommended candidates to the Central Board, and otherwise administer the scholarship program of EWNJ. Strategic Planning Committee 2006-2008 Chair: Jo-Ann C. DixonThe strategic planning committee serves to help the organization envision its future and develop the necessary procedures and plans to achieve that future. By gathering and analyzing information, identifying critical issues facing the organization, developing and reviewing the organizations mission and its strategic goals the committee gives the organization, as a whole, the tools to achieve that vision. \
