The History of Executive Women of New Jersey

Executive Women of New Jersey is a charitable organization founded in 1980 as New Jersey's premier organization for senior level women. It is a forum for executive women to share business experience, and solutions to challenges that perhaps their male colleagues do not encounter. In general, members support each other's dynamic career tempos. EWNJ's purpose is to promote the advancement of women to the highest levels of business, the professions and government. EWNJ also assists corporations seeking qualified candidates for board of director positions. Proceeds from the Salute to the Policy Makers awards dinner are used to fund a very successful graduate school scholarship program.
