We empower women with leadership skills and support future leaders. As NJ’s largest scholarship provider for non-traditional female graduate students, our Graduate Merit Award Program has given out $1.4 million over 45 years.

In 2025, only 4 organizations, 5% of New Jersey’s public companies, had no women on their boards, marking a poignant leap in progress from 2013 when 30% of NJ companies had no female representation.
