The A Seat at the Table report is central to EWNJ’s mission. Published biennially, it tracks and documents the progress of women attaining board seats and senior executive leadership positions in New Jersey while recognizing companies whose boards are composed of 35% or more women.

We’ve been releasing our biennial A Seat at the Table report since 2013, offering important information on the state of corporate gender diversity and inclusion in the state of New Jersey. Along with many other invaluable insights, our research has shown that, along with stronger financial performance, companies with more women on their boards have fewer governance-related issues such as bribery, corruption, shareholder battles, and fraud.
