EWNJ President M. Courtney McCormick, Esq. recently appeared on My9’s New Jersey Now alongside Kean University’s Chief Government Affairs Officer Kellie LeDet to discuss McKinsey’s and LeanIn.org’s Women in the Workplace report—the largest study of women in corporate America. The 10th-anniversary issue found that while women have made notable gains, their experiences at work are the same or worse than a decade ago.
